Dental Director
The Dental Director is a full-time clinical and leadership role responsible for overseeing high-quality dental services within an outpatient setting.
Role OverviewProvide comprehensive dental care, including preventive education, diagnostics, restorations, periodontal therapy, prosthodontics and appropriate referrals.
Supervise dental staff, support hiring and performance decisions, and lead department meetings.
Oversee quality assurance, develop dental protocols and coordinate all oral health activities for the clinic.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, maintain accurate department records and represent the dental department in staff and professional meetings.
Report required incidents and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of clinical care and departmental leadership in a collaborative practice environment.

RequirementsGraduate of an accredited dental school
Active California dental license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; administrative or leadership experience preferred
Demonstrated progression in dental roles
Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
Ability to follow organizational policies and code of conduct
Ability to provide monthly activity reports to leadership
Successful completion of Occupational Health screening
Valid I-9–accepted identification (E-Verify required)
Clean DMV record and eligibility under employer auto insurance
