  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining communication and building long-term relationships
  • Oversee consultant coordination, permitting, and construction administration activities
  • Guide internal teams in producing detailed documentation and ensuring technical accuracy
  • Monitor project budgets, contracts, and schedules, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to studio leadership initiatives, mentoring staff and supporting professional development
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to the firm’s design and technical standards

  • 8–15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong focus on project management
  • Licensure preferred
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale commercial, civic, or institutional projects
  • Deep understanding of design process, construction documentation, and technical coordination
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with project management tools
  • Confident in client-facing roles and experienced in consultant coordination
  • Ability to balance creative vision with technical and financial constraints
