Your Mission

This role follows a Monday through Thursday in-office schedule at our San Francisco headquarters, with Fridays designated as a remote workday.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own complex, high-impact client product areas end-to-end and drive measurable outcomes across our Desktop App, Desktop Web, and Mobile App surfaces. You’ll translate company and product vision into clear strategy, roadmaps, and execution, shaping customer experience, adoption, engagement, and monetization across one of our most visible product domains.

This is an individual contributor role with no people management responsibilities, reporting to the SVP, Product & Engineering
. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams with significant autonomy, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact while driving multiple initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.

• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of frontend and backend product development, owning end-to-end strategy and execution across Desktop App, Desktop Web, and Mobile App.
• Shape product vision and strategy with product, design, engineering, and marketing, defining and driving client product roadmaps aligned to company objectives from discovery through delivery and optimization.
• Drive weekly executive product reviews, communicating progress, surfacing tradeoffs, and presenting recommendations to support timely decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Program Management, Performance Marketing, and Strategic Insights to deliver measurable outcomes, including collaboration on APIs and platform capabilities to optimize Second Life’s backend infrastructure.
