UX Designer

• You are user obsessed and passionate about creating user-centered, intuitive designs that solve real-world problems.
• You have strong design aesthetics and can craft designs that elegant solve customer problems.
• You can build design systems and scale UX/UI across products, not just the single screen you are working on.
• You are a skilled communicator, able to translate design ideas into clear, actionable concepts for product, engineering and business stakeholders.
• You have at least 2 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showing shipped work and measurable impact.
• You are looking to grow and take on greater responsibilities, delivering outcomes for customers and the business.

You’ll craft intuitive, user-focused experiences for our video AI platform. Through user research, usability testing, and data analysis, you’ll ensure products are user-centric and innovative. You’ll advocate for the customer perspective across the product development lifecycle with a mobile-first, design-forward approach.

• Conduct hands-on user research to understand customer needs and turn insights into impactful designs.
• Partner with product, engineering and other stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions that drive business impact.
• Advocate for a customer-first approach, influence design direction, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate intent and gain alignment.

• Annual Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000. Salary is reflective of experience and region (San Francisco Bay Area).
