Job Description

This role will lead the development and governance of Brazil-specific taxonomies, metadata libraries, and onboarding questionnaires, ensuring accuracy, localization, regulatory alignment, and consistency with the global taxonomy framework. Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

• Develop and maintain high-quality Brazil taxonomies, attributes, and metadata libraries, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and elimination of duplication.
• Oversee the onboarding questionnaire process to collect structured information for improved matching, leveraging standardized questionnaires and AI-driven enhancements.
• Localize market-specific prompts to ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness for the Brazilian market.
• Review and refine translation models to ensure grammatical accuracy, alignment with market regulations, and consideration of legal implications.
• Drive the end-to-end approval workflow for taxonomy questions and attributes.
• Lead follow-up remediation processes once questions and attributes are finalized.
• Ensure taxonomy updates improve matching quality while remaining consistent with the broader global library.

• 7+ years of professional experience (senior-level profile)
• US-based
• Portuguese fluency
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and cultural context
• Strong Git proficiency
• Experience using GPT-5 or similar AI tools
• Experience developing and maintaining taxonomies, attributes, and metadata libraries
• Experience overseeing structured onboarding questionnaire processes
• Experience reviewing translation models for grammatical accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Proficiency in Google Sheets

• AI / Prompt Engineering experience
• Experience with Git Lab or Git Hub
• Strong enterprise experience
