Superhuman is building the future of productivity by designing intelligent tools that help people move faster and do their best work. Our latest initiative, Superhuman Go, is a proactive AI agent designed to assist users inside enterprise and chat environments.
We are looking for a Senior or Staff Product Designer to help shape how Superhuman Go works across these environments. This role will focus on designing polished, end-to-end user and admin experiences that make powerful AI systems trustworthy, intuitive, and deployable at organizational scale.
You will play a key role in defining how people collaborate with AI agents inside chat interfaces and embedded product experiences. This includes shaping workflows where users can make meaningful progress on their work through AI-assisted interactions.
We are looking for designers who care deeply about product craft, AI-native systems, and building tools that genuinely improve how people get work done.
Role Responsibilities- Design end-to-end product experiences for Superhuman Go across user and administrative workflows
- Shape how AI agents interact with users inside chat-based and embedded product environments
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, trustworthy, and intuitive interfaces
- Design scalable experiences that support enterprise-level deployment and administration
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define product direction
- Create high-quality interaction, visual, and systems design that reflects a strong level of craft
- Explore new interaction paradigms for AI-native products and agent-based workflows
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can improve user productivity
- Type:
Contract / Freelance - Contract Duration: 3–4 months (with potential extension)
- Hours:
30–40 hours per week - Compensation:
Approximately $90 - $110 / hour (subject to confirmation based on scope and availability) - Location:
San Francisco / Bay Area is ideal, but open to remote candidates in the PST timezone - Office Expectations:
Bay Area candidates are expected to work in-office twice per week. Preferred office days:
Tuesday and Thursday
