Senior Product Designer - Customer Experience

A Senior Staff Product Designer responsible for leading the end-to-end customer experience for autonomous freight operations, designing intuitive tools for trucking and logistics companies to manage self-driving trucks, while managing a design team and ensuring product outcomes align with operational needs.

• Design the end-to-end customer experience for autonomous freight operations.
• Create and oversee customer-facing digital tools across web, mobile, and integrations.
• Define interaction standards to ensure consistency and simplicity within the operational ecosystem.
• Conduct research to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Develop self-serve recovery paths to enable users to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage and mentor a Product Designer to improve design practices.

• 8 years of experience in product design, with a track record of leading complex, multi-workstream projects
• Experience formally managing other designers
• A portfolio showing end-to-end work across research and design for complex enterprise, operational, or mission-critical systems, with clear evidence of business impact
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and UX research with a high bar for visual design quality
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate research insights and design rationale into clear, compelling narratives for executive, cross-functional, and technical audiences
