• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Minimum 2 years’ Revit Experience
• AutoCAD, Sketch‑UP, Creative Office Suite and MS Office experience preferred
• Consultative approach to client needs​
• Superior Customer Service and Follow Through
• Experience in all phases of project work
• Committed to Project Deadlines
• Demonstrable OSHPD experience to include successful documentation, approval and construction administration of an OSHPD project.
• Highly collaborative project team leader

• Familiarity with one or more of the following:
  • Senior Housing
  • Student Housing
  • Affordable Housing
  • Mixed-Use
  • Workplace
