Position: Full time - Licensed Project Architect

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Licensed Project Architect based in San Francisco, CA. The Licensed Project Architect will oversee and manage architecture projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Responsibilities include developing designs, preparing submittals, creating and managing building information models (BIM), coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with FGI, HCAI, OSHPD and other industry codes and standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to uphold the firm's values and mission in delivering exceptional architectural solutions.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Architecture, including space planning, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Proficiency in Submittals preparation and review processes.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software.
  • Strong Project Management skills, including team coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Professional licensure as an architect.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry projects is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
