• 10+ years of Product Design experience overseeing multiple work streams.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable design systems for complex, data-heavy applications.
• Examples of how your leadership improved both team performance and product quality with a desire to remain “hands‑on” as a designer.
• Experience shipping products known for high‑craft and ambition designs.
