We are looking for a hands‑on Industrial Design Intern to join our San Francisco studio and support the team through concept development, sketching, CAD, prototyping, CMF, rendering, and presentation storytelling.
Responsibilities- Support the design team through concept development, sketching, CAD modeling, prototyping, CMF, rendering, and presentation storytelling.
- Work collaboratively across project phases, from early concept exploration to refined design development.
- Contribute to visual communication by sketching, layout, storytelling, and presentation development.
- Create clear, polished, and compelling visuals using rendering tools such as Key Shot.
- Strong communicator who can clearly share ideas, receive feedback, and contribute in team discussions.
- Excellent 3D CAD modeling and advanced surfacing skills, preferably in Solid Works; experience in Rhino or Fusion 360 is also welcome.
- Strong visual communication skills, including sketching, layout, storytelling, and presentation development.
- Excellent Key Shot rendering skills, with the ability to create clear, polished, and compelling visuals.
- Detail‑oriented and able to think through form, proportion, materials, CMF, and product details.
- Collaborative team player who is proactive, open to feedback, and excited to contribute in a small studio environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced studio environment across a range of project phases.
- Must be available to work in person, five days a week, at our San Francisco studio.
