This is an opportunity to join an established luxury residential interior design studio that believes every home should reflect its owner's authentic personality and lifestyle. You'll lead sophisticated projects from initial concept through final installation while collaborating with architects, builders, artisans, and craftspeople to create timeless, highly customized environments.

• Lead entire projects from concept, design development, documentation, purchasing, and installation.
• Exercise significant creative ownership while influencing every aspect of the client experience.
• Design high-end custom residences with bespoke millwork, furnishings, lighting, finishes, and architectural details.
• Build lasting relationships with discerning clients, premier vendors, architects, and contractors.
• Mentor junior designers and help shape a collaborative, design-focused studio culture.
• Work in a boutique environment where craftsmanship, creativity, and attention to detail are valued over volume.
• Contribute ideas, attend industry events, and stay connected with the latest design trends and materials.
• Travel to beautiful residential projects and oversee installations that bring your vision to life.

Lead all phases of luxury residential interior design projects, including programming, concept development, space planning, AutoCAD documentation, furniture and finish selections, custom millwork, vendor coordination, client presentations, construction collaboration, purchasing support, and final installation.

You will manage project priorities, mentor designers, coordinate with project managers, and ensure projects remain aligned with budgets, schedules, and the highest design standards.

• 8+ years of luxury residential interior design experience.
• Extensive experience taking projects from concept through installation.
• Advanced AutoCAD and construction documentation skills.
