Product Designer II, Design Innovation

Responsibilities

• Design product experiences systematically, interactively, and visually.
• Partner with Design Innovation teammates and cross-functional partners.
• Explore and prototype new interaction patterns and end-to-end flows.
• Use AI tools to accelerate parts of your workflow.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and research.
• Incorporate insights from qualitative and quantitative research to refine design directions.
• Contribute to design reviews and critique.

• Experience designing for consumer products, with strong visual and interaction design skills demonstrated in a portfolio of shipped or in-progress work.
• Ability to design within and extend a design system, balancing consistency with thoughtful innovation across surfaces and platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (such as LLMs or design/creative AI tools) to augment your design workflow.
• Strong product thinking and systems mindset.
• Great communication and storytelling skills.
• High attention to detail and a sense of ownership over the quality and cohesion of the product experience.
• Collaborative, low-ego working style with a growth mindset; you’re excited to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience.
