What You Will Do- Define the global product experience standard and visual language; build and maintain the cross-platform Design System (App/Web/Desktop).
- Design and implement AI-native interaction paradigms (Agents, intent-based workflows, multi-turn dialogues).
- Lead information architecture and core interaction frameworks, delivering high-quality, high-fidelity design specifications.
- Serve as the design quality gatekeeper, reviewing and elevating deliverables from the China-based design team to ensure international SOTA standards.
- Establish effective cross-cultural and asynchronous collaboration processes.
- 8-12+ years of UI/UX design experience with real product launches in North America or Europe.
- Demonstrated ability to build Design Systems, visual languages, and multi-platform interaction frameworks.
- Strong experience in AI product interaction (agents, conversational UX, intent modeling, AI workflows).
- Deep product thinking and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; proven cross-cultural collaboration.
- Competitive Compensation: $250K-$300K base salary+performance bonus+Equity.
