Senior Architect/Project Manager

Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect/Project Manager to their San Francisco team! Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Principal in evaluating project requirements Assist with negotiation of owner-architect agreement including fee and time schedule Assist/lead some project details such as project scope, profitability, schedule and budget Complete projects on time and within budget including monitoring work-hour budgets Negotiate critical issues with internal and external team members Monitor quality of construction documents Oversee all correspondence/documents for completion and accuracy seeking legal counsel when needed Coordinate/review contractor bids and make contractor recommendations Assist with completion of proposals and client interviews Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 10+ years of experience Registration/License LEED accreditation preferred Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphics and project management software Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
