• Develop technical architecture and design solutions that align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to support UI/UX design and development
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to development teams
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and technical architecture
• Lead and mentor junior team members in UI/UX design principles and technical architecture best practices
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software systems through effective architectural design

• Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Strong knowledge of frontend development languages including HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experience with responsive design techniques and mobilefirst development
• Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Materialize, or Foundation
• Knowledge of software architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or MVP
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about technical challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines

• Certification in UI/UX Design or related field is a plus
