This role offers the opportunity to work on new store openings, remodels, and global retail projects while partnering with experienced Store Design, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations teams.

If you enjoy coordinating complex design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping bring physical retail environments to life, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate multiple retail store development projects simultaneously

  • Prepare executive presentation materials
  • Monitor construction progress and communicate project updates
  • Help ensure projects remain organized and on schedule
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who enjoys organization as much as design.

Qualified candidates typically have experience with:

  • Retail, commercial, hospitality, workplace, or architectural design projects
  • Coordinating multiple design or construction projects simultaneously
  • Working with architects, consultants, contractors, or construction teams
  • Construction documents, design development, or project coordination
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
  • Retail store design experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • AutoCAD

  • Bluebeam
  • Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management degree
  • Experience supporting new construction or remodeling projects
Why Apply?
  • Work with one of the world’s most recognized retail brands.
  • Gain experience supporting high-profile retail store development projects across multiple brands.
  • Partner with experienced design, construction, and real estate professionals.
  • Build experience across the complete store development lifecycle—from site selection through grand opening.
  • Join a collaborative team where organization, communication, and initiative are highly valued.
