• Enrolled in an NCARB, CIDA, OR NAAB
  * accredited Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or other design-related program
• Currently enrolled in the third year of a bachelor's program or higher

• Fundamental knowledge of space planning, design methods, construction documentation, detailing, materials and aesthetics
• Fundamental Revit/3D Design & CAD skills
• Intermediate Adobe Suite skills
• Intermediate Hand-Sketching & Rendering skills
• Enscape experience encouraged
• Familiarity with Autodesk Bim
  360 and Bluebeam Studio construction management software encouraged
• Self-starter
• Driven
• Highly collaborative
• Eager to learn

• Work under the direct supervision of peers and senior-level staff, the intern will function as an entry-level Junior Designer
• Modifying drawings to incorporate design and technical changes
• Creating or modifying presentation documents
• Selecting finishes and producing finish palettes
• Assisting with scheduling vendor presentations and library filing and organization
• Assisting with site verifications, field surveys or punch walks

Salary Range
:
Estimated between $21 - $25 per hour based upon year in school and previous experience
