Product Designer Engineering

Product Designer to define and elevate the design of Paraforms platform. You’ll shape experiences that connect recruiters, candidates, and companies in an entirely new way—turning a broken industry into a seamless human-to-human marketplace.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process: UX, UI, visual design, motion, and prototyping
• Establish design systems that scale across products and teams
• Partner with Engineering and Product to design features that balance B2B2C complexity
• Translate abstract ideas into clear, intuitive workflows that supercharge recruiter productivity
• Create a portfolio of polished work that showcases Paraforms vision and sets the tone for our design culture

What We Look For

• Demonstrated experience of product design experience at high-growth companies
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product design, not just visual polish
• Experience designing marketplace or interaction-heavy platforms
• Deep understanding of design systems and a detail-oriented craft mindset
