Job Description- Prepare architectural drawings for new construction and remodeling projects
- Assist in tasks related to rezoning and building codes
- Make bids on potential building projects
- Engage in architecture and interior design
- Review and manage MEPS Engineering
- Common Qualifications
- Graduates or expected graduates from universities/graduate schoolsin the U.S. (International students encouraged to apply)
- Experience in the U.S. preferred
- Fully proficient in business Koreanand English
- Architecture/Real Estate position
- Educational background or work experience in architecture, interior architecture, civil engineering, or real estate
