Founding Product Designer

• Own design across the product, from the first sketch to the shipped interface and back again
• Design the control tower, alerting and intervention experience, workflow builder, AI-native surfaces, and the design system
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and engineers
• Engage directly with customers to gather design insights
• Make design decisions that enhance operational software experiences

• 4-8 years of professional product design experience
• Strong across interaction, visual, and systems design
• Lean toward the complex end: dashboards, ops tooling, dev tools, fintech, logistics
• Fluency in Figma and prototype well enough to communicate motion and interaction
• Can own design end to end as the first designer, with no team to lean on
• Excited about being in the office (4 days a week)

Demonstrates expertise in end-to-end product design, focusing on interaction, visual, and systems design for complex operational software. Proficient in gathering customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.
