Inflect is seeking a design authority to lead the design function across product and marketing surfaces, setting the UI/UX and brand direction. You will drive cohesive visual language and craft across all touchpoints.
You will own visual, interaction, and motion design of Inflect across the marketing site (Framer) and core product (Next.js/Type Script) to a studio-grade craft bar, while mentoring a design team and raising the bar of excellence.
