Are you an experienced Interior Designer who thrives on creating exceptional residential environments while leading talented teams and building lasting client relationships?
Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer with a passion for creating exceptional luxury residential environments and the leadership skills to inspire both clients and teams. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from initial vision through final installation, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while guiding budgets, schedules, consultants, and construction to deliver a seamless experience.
You'll elevate the firm's design excellence by leading presentations, maintaining the highest design and technical standards, and transforming creative concepts into beautifully executed spaces. As the Senior Interior Designer, you'll mentor and develop the design team, establish best practices, and help shape the continued growth and success of an award-winning design studio.

Key Impact Areas- Project Management
- Technical Oversight
- Degree in interior design or architecture (with strong experience in interior design) required.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working for an interior design firm, preferably with an emphasis on custom residential design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel and Word, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Sketch Up. Working knowledge of Studio Designer.
- Extensive knowledge of working drawing production, combined with strong interior architectural detailing skills.
- Experience sourcing and specifying furnishings, lighting, finishes, materials, and window & floor coverings required. Knowledge of San Francisco-based vendors & dealers strongly preferred.
- Stellar client and team (internal, consultants, and contractors) management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, complex tasks, priorities, and workflows, and meeting deadlines.
