- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.

As a Senior UX Design Manager at Google One, you will lead two core missions: acquiring backup users and helping them discover the value of a Google One subscription. You will lead UX strategy and execution, collaborate across UX, engineering, and product management, and will build alignment in a complex environment while making tough trade-offs.
In this role, you will shape design by defining product strategy, conceptualizing ecosystems that mitigate complexity, and inspiring teams. As a UX leader, you will mentor a team helping them achieve their potential while creating simple experiences from complex workflows.
