As B2B AI capabilities homogenize across the market, trust, enterprise credibility, and visual narrative are becoming our sharpest competitive edges. As our Founding Brand Designer, you will own our visual identity from the ground up and build the storytelling system that converts enterprise buyers and builds market authority.

In this role, you will translate complex, abstract AI capabilities into clean, high-trust visual narratives across every touchpoint. This is a hands‑on IC role with real creative autonomy: you'll set the foundational brand strategy, visual design system, and marketing architecture as we scale into enterprise expansion.

What you’ll do:

• Evolve and formalize our brand identity system, including typography, motion, color, illustration, and iconography built for enterprise decision-makers.

• Own the visual design and Webflow architecture of our website and landing pages, running full redesigns and optimization sprints to drive conversion.

• Craft polished, high-impact enterprise assets, including pitch decks, whitepapers, interactive case studies, product one-pagers, and executive reports.

• Partner with Content and Demand Generation to produce high-performing ad creative, social assets, email templates, and product launch materials.

• Design our offline brand presence, including conference booths, event signage, executive dinner collateral, and premium branded swag.

You’re a good fit if you have:

• 4+ years of brand design experience, ideally at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup.

• A portfolio that shows strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, and Webflow/Figma craft.

• A track record of translating complex technical products into approachable visual narratives.

• Strong instincts for conversion design, modern web standards, and building visual systems that scale.

Nice to have: experience with 3D design, motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, Rive), or interactive web shaders.
