Lotus is building the future of primary care with AI, backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV. We've found real product market fit and are growing fast, combining clinical rigor with a product experience that actually feels human. Now we're building out the team to match that momentum, and the people we hire now will shape what Lotus looks and feels like for years to come.

We're looking for someone who lives inside video tools.

You're insanely good at both AI video generation (Runway, Veo, Kling) and traditional editing, and that combination is your passion. You have sharp short-form retention instincts: you know what makes someone stop scrolling and what makes them drop off three seconds later. You can run a small shoot solo when you need real footage, whether that's our founder, our physicians, or a patient telling their story, but generation and editing are where you spend most of your time.

You'll work under our Content Director, turning strategy and story picks into finished pieces, fast. This is a high-volume execution role: you're not setting the content strategy, you're the reason it actually ships every week.

This is a founding role on our new LA office team.

What we're looking for

• Deep, daily fluency in AI video generation tools (Runway, Veo, Kling) alongside strong traditional editing skills
• Sharp short-form retention instincts: hooks, pacing, and what keeps someone watching
• Able to run a small shoot solo when real footage is needed, without a full crew or studio setup
• Comfortable taking a brief and executing independently, with fast, frequent output
• Bonus: documentary or cinematic shooting background
