We are seeking a Job Captain with 6+ years of experience to support and lead projects through all phases of design and construction. • Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across all project phases (SD, DD, and CD).
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, consultants, contractors, and client vendors.
• Conduct site surveys, code analysis, and accessibility reviews.
• Develop technical solutions, specifications, and construction details for workplace interiors and renovation projects.
• Coordinate consultant drawings and resolve design and documentation conflicts.
• Assist with permitting, RFI responses, submittals, shop drawings, and construction administration activities.
• Review project documentation for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design technologies to efficiently deliver high-quality project documentation.

• 6+ years of architectural experience, preferably in workplace interiors or commercial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong AutoCAD skills.
• Experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
• Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, code requirements, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think proactively, identify potential issues, and develop practical solutions.
• Architectural licensure or certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Procore and construction administration processes is a plus.
