Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus Potential

We are seeking a Job Captain with 6+ years of experience to support and lead projects through all phases of design and construction. What You'll Do- Lead the development and coordination of construction documents across all project phases (SD, DD, and CD).
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, consultants, contractors, and client vendors.
- Conduct site surveys, code analysis, and accessibility reviews.
- Develop technical solutions, specifications, and construction details for workplace interiors and renovation projects.
- Coordinate consultant drawings and resolve design and documentation conflicts.
- Assist with permitting, RFI responses, submittals, shop drawings, and construction administration activities.
- Review project documentation for quality, constructability, and code compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and other design technologies to efficiently deliver high-quality project documentation.
- 6+ years of architectural experience, preferably in workplace interiors or commercial projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit with strong AutoCAD skills.
- Experience producing and coordinating construction documents.
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction detailing, code requirements, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to think proactively, identify potential issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Architectural licensure or certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Procore and construction administration processes is a plus.
