Architectural Project Manager - Workplace

A highly regarded, design-led architecture and interiors studio in San Francisco is seeking a Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and landlord projects across the Bay Area.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a collaborative studio delivering high-quality workplace environments for leading clients and developers.

You’ll take full ownership of projects—leading from concept through construction—while managing clients, consultants, and internal teams.

This is not a back-seat PM role. You’ll be front and center, driving delivery, maintaining design intent, and keeping projects moving commercially and technically.

• Leading tenant improvement and landlord repositioning projects end-to-end
• Managing clients, consultants, and contractor coordination
• Overseeing documentation, permitting, and construction administration
• Driving program, budget, and delivery timelines
• Maintaining design quality through execution
• Acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

• 8–12+ years’ experience in architecture/interiors
• Strong background in workplace / commercial interiors / tenant improvement projects
• Proven experience across all phases, including construction administration
• Solid knowledge of Bay Area permitting and building codes
• Confident, client-facing, and commercially aware
