Join a dynamic team at the forefront of innovative web and software interface design as our next Design Producer - Tools. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a driving force behind the successful execution of complex digital projects, bridging the gap between creative vision and technical implementation. Your leadership will empower cross-functional teams, ensuring that every product we deliver is not only beautifully designed but also strategically aligned with business goals and user needs.

- 7+ years of experience as a producer or project manager in software design, digital, or creative agency settings
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes
- Proficiency with desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices
- Ability to coordinate across design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to change
Skills:
- Experience leading design brainstorms and workshops
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- An eye for detail and a passion for design quality
- Experience supporting product teams during design handoffs and implementation
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Extensive experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with a focus on digital products
- This position is remote, but candidates must be located locally to CUP
- Ability to support or engage in potentially extending contract terms
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $99.58/hr benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
