• Design intuitive, high‑impact consumer‑facing mobile app experiences focused on member health outcomes.
• Create clear, actionable data visualizations to help users track and interpret their health progress.
• Translate health data and algorithms into personalized, actionable recommendations within the product.
• Integrate AI algorithms and AI design tooling directly into the product experience and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners to maintain high UI/UX craft and ensure seamless execution during team transitions.

• Proven experience in product design with strong UI/UX craft and mobile app design expertise (5–8 years of experience).
• Demonstrated track record of designing complex data visualizations and data‑rich consumer user interfaces.
• Ability to work autonomously, ramp up quickly, and maintain clear cross‑functional communication in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience or active usage/curiosity leveraging AI tooling ( e.g., Claude, Midjourney, DALL‑E ) within the product design workflow.

• Prior experience designing data‑rich consumer health or fitness applications ( e.g., Fitbit, Apple Health, Whoop, Oura, or performance dashboards ).
• Background in the digital health or healthcare technology sector.
