Family Medicine Physician

Overview

The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an ambulatory clinic setting, serving patients of all ages with an emphasis on patient-centered, evidence-based care in line with FQHC standards and regulations.

• Key responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, preventive services, chronic disease management, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with specialists.
• The role involves documentation in EMR, participation in quality initiatives, supervising clinical staff, and adhering to organizational policies.

• MD or DO with completion of a family medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, active medical licensure, DEA registration, and BLS certification.
• Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in outpatient or underserved community settings, with proficiency in EMR systems.
• The position requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical demands include clinical procedures and occasional travel.

• Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $250,000 annually.
