Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting:
Outpatient ages 18+ Scope of Work:
Adult clinic; 16 pts/day; homelessness, experience poverty, addiction; complex care for pts with multiple chronic medical illnesses & behavioral health concerns. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA Medical License; BC/BE; DEA; BLS/CPR;
Covid shot w/boosters; addiction experience;
Data 2000 Waiver (or must attain within 3 months of hire) EMR: EPIC Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
