Internal Medicine Physician

Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting March 9-April 2 at their onsite Corporate Health Center in San Francisco, CA. Provider will see employees ages 18+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, follow-up visits, travel medicine, prescription management, referral to specialists, short-term disability leave requests, and annual physicals including well woman. Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break.

Other staff include Admin, Medical Assistant, Care Manager/RN, Psychologist, Physical Therapist, and Chiropractor. Physician must be Board Certified and must have 4+ years of recent clinical experience in a Primary Care setting to be considered for this assignment.
