Position Highlights- Outpatient only primary care serving a diverse community
- Work alongside family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health clinicians in a collaborative team environment.
- Eight half‑day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE)
- Monday‑Friday schedule, no inpatient work and no weekend clinic
- Protected administrative time
- Medical student teaching optional
- Direct access to leadership and decision makers
Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient‑centered practice model. Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure.
