We combine housing stability, workforce training, education pathways, and financial literacy into a single, outcomes‑driven model. Career Mobility Manager– Role Overview
The Career Mobility Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and driving career advancement outcomes for Stable Futures participants. This role goes beyond job placement—it focuses on career pathways, wage progression, credential attainment, and long‑term mobility.
You will lead systems that move participants from entry‑level work to career‑track employment, coordinating closely with employers, education partners, and internal housing and support teams.
This position blends:
- Education Enrollment & Persistence
- Employer & Training Partner Coordination
- Outcome Tracking & Accountability
Career Pathways & Participant Outcomes
- Develop individualized career mobility plans aligned with participant goals
- Support wage growth, credential completion, and career transitions
- Coach participants on professional skills, career decision‑making, and accountability
Employer & Education Partnerships
- Build and manage employer relationships offering career‑track roles
- Coordinate with community colleges, training providers, and credentialing bodies
- Align placements with labor market demand and wage thresholds
Job Placement & Advancement
- Oversee job placement strategies with a focus on quality jobs, not just speed
- Support participants through onboarding, early employment, and promotion readiness
- Address employment barriers proactively (attendance, communication, performance)
