- Master's degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification such as Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary learners.
- Capable of assessing reading proficiency, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre‑written materials.
- Comfortable using AI and adaptive learning technologies and adjusting instruction based on student interaction data.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Available to work on‑site at the listed locations.
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops for children ages 4‑7 that build core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
- Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and nurture a lasting passion for reading.
- Evaluating student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate actionable insights.
- Working alongside the technology team to assess and improve AI‑powered literacy platforms.
- Implementing pre‑packaged curricula or following published scope‑and‑sequence frameworks.
