Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year

Duties:The Assistant Athletic Director provides professional assistance to the Athletic Director by assisting in managing the athletic program, which includes scheduling, locker room management, event management and supervision and ensuring compliance with athletic rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Provide game day management in collaboration with the AD
- Manage all aspects of the locker room
- Assign locks and lockers to athletes and PE students
- Coordinate team rooms and the transition of team rooms from one season to another
- Execute all signing days
- Schedule transportation for the school
- Coordinate with charter vendors and reserve buses when needed
- Work with maintenance to keep the fleet of vans working and ready to go
- Schedule vans for use by school personnel
- Provide supervision and support for away games in collaboration with the AD
- Provide support to strength and conditioning, no more than 25% of the time
- Update professional expertise and program effectiveness in the appropriate area by attending clinics, joining professional organizations, reading professional literature or any other acceptable means
- Shall perform such related tasks as may from time to time be assigned
- Demonstrates successful personality and character traits appropriate to Catholic educational leadership
- Demonstrates successful ability to teach, enforce, advocate and model appropriate behavior, character traits, Christian and educational values to student-athletes
- Bachelor’s Degree required with Master’s Degree preferred
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of strenuous physical activities and the ability to demonstrate the appropriate skills and technique to be used by the athletes
- Demonstrates successful ability to teach, organize and supervise student-athletes
- Demonstrates successful organizational skills
- Demonstrates successful ability to work with parent groups, administrators, staff and students
