As a classroom teacher, you’ll help develop our ECE Program, support initiatives to further our institutional effectiveness and reach, as well as support the overall wellbeing of our students through facilitating daily academic, social, spiritual, and emotional learning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Pursue the ACSI Teacher Certification, Classical Educator Equivalent, CA Teacher Credential, or Master’s in Classical Education within two years of initial employment.

Experience

Professional working experience in relevant field(s).

Professional Development

Commitment to ongoing training and spiritual formation throughout the year.

72 hours annually accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.

100% Employer Paid Healthcare, Computer, equipment & software

Compensation

Annual salary paid bi monthly. Optional partial tuition credit available.

Academic Instruction & Classroom Leadership
  • Work with the team to develop, write, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with learning standards and classical education principles.
  • Integrate history, literature, and biblical truths into daily lessons, fostering a love for learning and a deep understanding of virtue.
  • Organize and manage a classroom that fosters curiosity, structure, and joy in learning.
  • Implement classroom management strategies, rhythms, and routines that create a peaceful and effective learning environment.
Student Progress & Assessment
  • Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and provide feedback on academic growth, social-emotional development, and character formation.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accessible grade book, ensuring transparency for parents.
