Special Education Paraeducator

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in school-based settings throughout the San Francisco area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working alongside teachers, special education teams, and related service providers to help students reach their goals.

• 2026–2027 school year assignment
• Elementary, middle, and high school openings
• School-based setting - Full Time

• Provide classroom and instructional support to students with disabilities and diverse learning needs
• Assist teachers with daily classroom activities, small group instruction, and student engagement
• Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and communication goals
• Assist with implementing IEP accommodations and behavior support strategies
• Help students with transitions, routines, and maintaining independence throughout the school day
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

• Previous experience working with children or students preferred
• Experience in special education, ABA, behavioral support, or school settings is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Para educator Certification required if you do not have a degree
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and work effectively in a classroom environment
