Sunbelt Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals to support students in the Greater San Francisco area for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite position working directly with students and educational teams to help create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

Pay: $25–$32 per hour based on experience

• Provide classroom support to students under the direction of teachers and special education staff
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
• Support small-group and one-on-one instruction
• Help implement IEP accommodations and classroom modifications
• Monitor student progress and document observations as needed
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success

• Associate's Degree or CBEST Certification required
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Passion for helping students reach their full potential
