Lower Grade Homeroom Teacher – School

LOWER GRADE HOMEROOM TEACHER  SCHOOL YEAR Ecole Notre Dame des Victoires (NDV), a Catholic elementary school (Transitional Kindergarten – Grade
8) located in downtown San Francisco, seeks an educator in a self-contained elementary homeroom classroom. Key qualities of an NDV teacher include a positive attitude, deep interest in learning new skills related to teaching, and a desire to collaborate with others.

• Four-year undergraduate degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in and ability to plan, implement and follow an innovative curriculum
• Skillful at appropriately integrating technology into lessons
• Possess an understanding of and experience with a differentiated classroom
• Must be a practicing Catholic and able to support and promote the Catholic identity of the school

• Classroom management skills
• Attend weekly meetings
• Plan, organize and lead field trips
• Perform duties such as yard and lunchroom supervision
• Attend all school Masses, faculty retreats and prayer services
• Participate in professional development workshops
• Other duties as assigned

Salary: $59,515 – $104,931 (advanced education and certifications not included) + generous benefits package
