The Community Youth Center of San Francisco (CYC) is hiring a Program Specialist for the YAWL Workforce Development Program. You will coordinate employment readiness workshops, provide career counseling, and connect youth aged 16-24 with internships, college exploration, and job shadowing.
Under supervision, you will develop curricula, lead workshops, deliver 1:1 guidance, and build partnerships with employers to support recruitment and engagement. Evening/weekend availability may be required.
