Lead Primary Teacher – Spanish (Montessori) – San Francisco, CA

This position offers the opportunity to develop and implement a Montessori curriculum for children ages 3-6, plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document student progress.

• Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of children at all times.
• Monitor children's progress and development.
• Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to work each day.

• Lead Teacher Montessori training and certification.
• 2-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a Montessori environment.
• 12 ECE units and a college degree.
• Experience working with children ages 3-6.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and staff.
• Patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.
