Part Time Music Lesson Instructors For Piano

Saint Cecilia School is a vibrant Catholic school in the Archdiocese of San Francisco. The school is dedicated to fulfilling its mission of a rich tradition of ensuring the highest level of learning through faith and excellence in education. Individuals applying must be able to support and promote the Catholic identity of the school. The school is seeing qualified part time (maximum 15 hours a week) music instructors for teaching individual 30 minute student lessons grades Kindergarten through Grade 8 beginning September 2026.

Private lessons are given during the school day, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Instructors must be able to work with beginner to intermediate level students. Students participate in two recitals per year.

Qualifications:

• Prior teaching in music is required
• Broad knowledge of different musical styles is preferred

• Motivate students and encourage progress
• Plan lessons allowing students to develop skills and progress for performance

Hourly Salary Range: $29.00-$31.00
