This part‑time position, anticipated 6–8 hours per week, offers a wage range of $32.00–$50.00 per hour or a stipend for full‑time employees during the academic year.

• Advising Student Council and other student leadership programs
• Coordinating assemblies and community traditions
• Working with the Houses program
• Co‑leading the annual Congé celebration
• Overseeing Walk to School Wednesday
• Serving as a student‑life voice in school‑wide planning and decision‑making

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Previous teaching experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students and families.
• Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
• Demonstrates patience and leadership skills.
• Must be detail‑oriented, organized and willing to take initiative.
• Must have excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well with students and adults.
• Must be a role model and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Experience with independent schools is strongly preferred.

• Regularly lifting or carrying 1‑20 lbs.
• Regular pushing/pulling/bending/stooping/kneeling.
• Regularly climbing stairs.
• Regularly sitting or standing 4‑8 hours.
• Requires physical presence; work to be performed on campus.
