Alpha leverages AI-driven 1-on-1 instruction so students complete core academics in roughly two hours each day. Your role is to inspire, coach, and enforce the same rigorous standards you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time is spent in direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching that identifies obstacles and establishes ambitious objectives. Another forty percent involves facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery, not amusement. The final twenty percent is dedicated to morning sessions that set daily expectations and cultivate a culture where mediocrity is not tolerated.

The trajectory here emphasizes depth over advancement. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning students' trust. Within months, you become the person they rely on to push them beyond self-imposed limits. The payoff isn't a title change.
