Elton University uses personalized curriculum and 1-on-1 tutoring to provide accelerated, high quality college education to students around the United States and the world. We are a private non-profit college, and our tuition is on par with out-of-state public college. Our mission is to bring accountability back to all of higher education by launching a college that redefines quality and access in higher education.

Elton currently offers an MBA (and 16-week MBA certificate), a Bachelor's equivalent (BE) in Computer Science (and 16-week CS certificate), and Bachelor's equivalent (BE) in 21st Century Liberal Arts program.,

As a volunteer at Elton University, you will play a crucial role in helping to build a new and inspirational university, you will help to guide and support students on their educational journey. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students as they pursue their academic and professional aspirations.

• Mentorship Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to students enrolled in Elton University's programs, including the 16-week certificate bootcamps.
• Ambassadorship Represent Elton University to various people, groups, and institutions to educate them about Elton University's history and offerings.
• Academic Support Assist students in understanding course materials, clarifying doubts, and developing effective study strategies.
• Goal Setting Collaborate with students to set and track academic and career goals, helping them stay motivated and focused.
• Performance Coaching Offer guidance and motivation to help students excel academically and professionally.
• Personalization Encourage students to align their coursework with their passions, values, and long-term objectives.
• Feedback Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to help students overcome challenges and reach their potential.
• Resource Sharing Share educational resources, study techniques, and industry insights to enhance students' learning experiences.

• A passion for education and a strong desire to support the academic and personal growth of students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a willingness to listen to students' concerns and needs.
• A background or interest in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Availability to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week.
