We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Band Teacher to join our music faculty. The ideal candidate has a strong background in woodwind performance and instruction
, with flute as the primary instrument preferred
, and is passionate about inspiring students of different ages and skill levels.

• Teach beginning and intermediate band classes and/or private lessons.
• Provide high-quality instruction in woodwind instruments, with an emphasis on flute.
• Conduct rehearsals and prepare students for concerts, recitals, and other performances.
• Develop engaging lesson plans that build musicianship, technique, and ensemble skills.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with fellow music instructors and communicate effectively with students and parents.

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong performance background in woodwind instruments;
  flute major preferred

• Previous teaching experience with school bands, youth ensembles, or private lessons.
• Ability to teach students with varying levels of experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for music education and student development.
