A devoted, skillful teacher of the grammar stage who builds foundational literacy, numeracy, and habit through joyful, orderly instruction grounded in Scripture. They partner with families to form disciplined, curious learners who love truth and beauty.

Education
- Bachelor's degree. Pursue the ACSI Teacher Certification, Classical Educator Equivalent, CA Teacher Credential, or Master's in Classical Education within two years of initial employment.

Experience
- Professional working experience in relevant field(s).

- Full Time Salaried, Exempt - 40 hours a week

Sick Pay - 72 hours annually accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked.

Compensation

• Serve as the Lead Teacher, setting the tone for a structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the classical education philosophy.
• Organize and manage a structured, orderly, and visually inviting classroom to promote a peaceful and effective learning environment.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies, routines, and rhythms to foster student responsibility and attentiveness.
• Monitor student progress, evaluate performance, and provide timely feedback on academic achievement, social-emotional development, and character formation.
• Maintain and update the gradebook on the school's server for parent accessibility and transparency.
• Assist with assessing incoming students to determine grade-level proficiency.
